Service operator and contact

This policy applies to AIRapDuo at airapduo.online. “AIRapDuo,” “we” and “our” refer to the team operating this service under the AIRapDuo brand. For privacy, account or billing requests, email support@airapduo.online.

Data used for your rap video

We process your account information, two uploaded photos, your photo authorization confirmation, generated themes and lyrics, provider task identifiers, billing and credit records, and generated audio and video to deliver the service.

Photos are decoded and re-encoded before storage to remove EXIF and other unnecessary metadata. Use only photos you are authorized to use. Do not upload sensitive identity documents or images of people who have not authorized this use.

Private media and retention

Your photos and generated media are stored outside the public website directory. Playback and download use short-lived signed access links. Anyone receiving a signed link can use it until it expires, so keep it private.

Photos and intermediate audio expire after 24 hours and may be removed sooner after a task completes. Finished videos expire after 30 days. An active background cleanup process removes expired files; physical deletion can be delayed by service outages or backups. Access to expired media is denied even while cleanup is pending.

You can delete a creation from your history. This hides it, revokes its share links and schedules removal of its media. If a provider task is still running, deletion does not cancel its provider charges or bypass settlement; media cleanup follows settlement.

Generation providers

To generate a video, we provide photos and an audio reference to fal.ai and its selected model providers. We provide newly generated text instructions to the configured language-model service. These services process the submitted data under their own terms and retention policies. Removing a local file does not guarantee immediate deletion from a provider's systems.

We do not intentionally include photo URLs, signed media links or API keys in ordinary application logs. Providers, hosting services and reverse proxies may maintain their own operational records.

Sharing

Sharing is optional. A private share link expires after 24 hours and can be revoked. Anyone holding the link can view the result while it remains valid. Revocation stops future access through the share endpoint; it cannot erase copies already downloaded by a recipient.

Private creations and share pages are not included in the public sitemap. Share pages carry noindex directives. A noindex directive is not access control; the unguessable token and its server-side validity checks control access.

Accounts, payments and service records

We keep authentication and credit transaction records to operate your account, resolve billing problems and prevent abuse. Payment providers process payment details; we do not store full card numbers. Deleting a video does not automatically delete financial records.

Essential cookies maintain sessions and preferences. Optional analytics and advertising, if enabled by the operator, follow the site's cookie settings. Third-party analytics, ads and support widgets are disabled on private share pages.

Requests and contact

Email support@airapduo.online for questions, deletion requests or access requests. Include your account email and the relevant task or order identifier so we can locate the record and verify the request. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive documents.

Regions and international processing

The service is available online in countries and regions where its use is permitted and our providers support the required processing and payment methods. Availability can vary by region. Hosting, AI and payment providers may process information outside your country or region; their processing locations and applicable safeguards depend on the providers used for the service.
